Pastry Chef Jennifer Adkins wheels up on her bicycle to the kitchen’s rear door. It’s still dark, as the sun has yet to rise. She enters the kitchen, intent on making today’s desserts better than yesterday’s, just like she did the day before.
A cup of coffee in hand, she scribbles some notes and gets started. With a pantry of organic ingredients and the freedom to express herself, Chef Adkins produces some of the most elegant desserts.
All of our desserts, from ice creams to cookies, are lovingly produced in our kitchen.
We use the finest ingredients from farm fresh produce and organic sugar to single-origin chocolate and fine liqueurs. Sample our classic Tiramisu or one of our seasonal desserts when you’re in.
