Here at Portobello
our menu changes frequently to reflect what is seasonally available. We source much of our produce direct from local farms, as well as organic produce from Organically Grown Company. We are constantly looking for new organic vegan products to enrich our current menu. Currently, we use great organic, gmo-free, and vegan products like Bob’s Red Mill Organic Polenta and Multiple Organics’ vegan cane sugar.
We make almost everything from hand, including all stuffed pasta and ravioli. All of our pasta noodles are made in house, like our basil papparadelle or red pepper linguine. We make traditional, Neapolitan inspired pizzas, using Caputo “00″ flour, yeast, and salt.
Our wine list reflects these same values. All our wines are vegan, and many are certified organic and sulfite free. We painstakingly scoured the globe for fine wines that fit our cuisine that were free of all animal products during any part of the production.
We also offer a variety of soy free and gluten-free choices which are marked on the nightly menu. We also offer a few raw dessert and cheese options, including Dr. Cow aged cashew cheese. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask your server! Enjoy!
