Here at Portobello…
…our menu changes frequently to reflect what is seasonally available. We source much of our produce direct from local farms, as well as organic produce from Organically Grown Company. We are constantly looking for new organic vegan products to enrich our current menu. Currently, we use great organic, gmo-free, and vegan products like Bob’s Red Mill Organic Polenta and Multiple Organics’ vegan cane sugar.
We make almost everything from hand, including the stuffed pasta and ravioli. Soon, we will be producing our own extruded pasta as well, such as spaghetti and linguine!
Our wine list reflects these same values. All our wines are vegan, and many are certified organic and sulfite free.
We also offer a variety of soy free and gluten-free choices which are marked on the nightly menu. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask your server! Enjoy!
