Come learn from Chef Aaron as he and his talented staff instruct you on preparing some of your favorite dishes from the Portobello repertoire. We’ll utilize seasonal, local ingredients and learn how to make delicious vegan dishes from scratch.
All classes are held at Portobello at 1125 SE Division Street, in lovely Southeast Portland, Oregon.
Every class is $70 (plus small fees through Eventbrite), and includes the class, instructional materials, and a light three course family style dinner with either a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink included.
